i don't know if anyone else has ever done a 3:00 all out effort at the highest-ranked NRC event of the year, but i haven't. and that sucker was hard. i don't know times or results, but i know that our lungs and legs were hurting afterward. results should be at www.mthoodcyclingclassic.com later tonight or tomorrow.
