weekend wrap up

The treasure valley stage race was a 94 mile RR on sat followed by a 10 mile TT, then a sunday crit. Usually, I would say I felt bad for our team dominating the weekend... but since we got dominated the week before at hood, it was time to get our self-esteems back to normal. besides, i don't remember any of the pros taking it easy on me. The big goal of the weekend was to get chang and slack some upgrade points, and we did a decent job at that. Let's go to the race by race:

Road Race-

Calvin went off the front with 85 miles to go and never came back. Actually, he came back once, but just attacked again and stayed away.

There was some chasing.

Marsing, Idaho really doesn't look too bad, does it? Awesome photos by Cody.

TT- Matt rode like a madman and won by around 55 seconds. Mayfield flew and came in 2nd. I rounded out the top 3. No pictures. But just imagine us riding fast for 22 minutes. zoooooom.

Crit-

Mike Sohm from SLC made it HARD from the gun. This is me going to get him about .152 seconds after the gun went off.

By the time we came back, the field was half gone. Not sure what happened, but I know it was hard.

This was the last dudes standing. They put up a great fight considering they were super outnumbered.

This coming weekend we boogie over to Enumclaw, WA (about an hour away from Olympia). Historically Symmetrics brings a full team, so that'll make things hard. But the real drag of the week is that I work every stinkin day!!! WHOA!

Big thanks to Verno inferno for letting us use his lawn mower...and to Stu for putting it to use!! We are no longer the embarassments of the block!
