idaho state road race championships: we got beat. yep, no W for bob's today. mayfield and stu were in the move with brandon akers from Bode, and they had a good 8:00 lead. when i came to the car, i got the news though. matt and i would have ended up 4th and 5th, but we took a wrong turn and went off course. hopefully there was some learning done today.
as for the workout side of things, it was great. the guys in the pack were riding well and it was fun with all the attacking. i'm a dork and rode with the powertap so i could see some data. and 3500 calories later we were done. should be a good prep for elkhorn in 5 days. it's going down in baker city!
